Nothing to Declare is a short horror film, written by Frank Quitely (Marvel, DC) and produced by Interference Pattern and Once Were Farmers.

A slightly wild production, the funding came from a combination of SFTN grants and a pretty successful Indigogo campaign, but still required an incredible number of late nights to get it over the finish line.

Pulled double duty as Asset Lead and Environment Artist at IP, I had a lot of fun in Softimage modelling up and texturing the sets from Fraser MacLean’s excellent concept art.
Enjoyed this a lot – the Glasgow tenement flat setting is very nostalgic, and the level of stylization meant we got to play with the proportions to give everything a bit of a miniature, hand-crafted feel.
